The IFA 5th Senior Government Officials Meeting (SOM) is a unique forum for senior government officials, Ministers and Secretaries of State to examine and learn about current trends in aged-care policy and practice. Government officials will showcase leading practice and hear firsthand how to improve connections between formal and informal care leading to a better quality of life of older people. The SOM will feature three plenary panels, «The Policy Agenda«, «Supporting Carers in the Workplace» and»Connecting Formal and Informal Care.»
